For one, a lot of the guys here and at ZCar have their cars garaged during bad weather and/or wash their cars quite often. As such, the need to clay doesn't come around as much. Obviously if you're in Seattle, given the weather is unavoidable, that will differ. For the 90+ guys, late-model paints have a much softer composition than older enamels so misuse of a clay bar will show readily. It's not rocket science to use but most people prefer not to clay when they don't have to. Just in case.
